Meditation Mandalas
The word mandala comes from Sanskrit and means “circle.” In many spiritual traditions, mandalas are sacred symbols representing the universe and the interconnectedness of all things. The circular design reflects the continuous flow of life — reminding us that every experience, challenge, and transformation is part of a greater whole. It symbolizes the journey inward as well as the ever-evolving path of our lives.
In this creative and reflective gathering, you will be invited to design your own personal mandala. Using colors, shapes, and patterns, you will create a visual representation of your life story — where you have come from, what you have moved through, where you are now, and where you feel called to go next. Rather than using words, you will allow creativity and intuition to guide the process.
As you move through the act of drawing, coloring, and shaping your mandala, many people find themselves naturally entering a calm, focused, and meditative state. This practice reminds us that meditation does not always mean sitting in silence with a quiet mind. Meditation can also arise through mindful creativity — when the body is relaxed, the mind becomes present, and you are fully engaged in the moment.
There are no rules in mandala creation. Each mandala will naturally be unique, just as each person’s life path is unique. Your mandala becomes a symbolic reflection of your inner world — a creative expression of your experiences, your growth, and your connection to the ever-unfolding circle of life. ✨

Healing Through Brokenness - Kintsukuroi
Join us for a deeply reflective and creative group experience inspired by the Japanese art of kintsugi—the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, honoring the beauty found in imperfection and healing.
Kintsukuroi reminds us that we are not defined by the moments that have broken us, but by the ways we choose to rebuild. Through life’s challenges, we gain new strength, deeper awareness, and a unique beauty that could not exist without our experiences. Like a once-perfect clay bowl, we are transformed—our “cracks” becoming part of our story, worthy of being seen, honored, and even celebrated.
Rooted in the philosophy of wabi sabi, this practice embraces simplicity, impermanence, and the natural cycle of breaking and becoming. Rather than hiding what has been damaged, we will gently explore what it means to mend ourselves with intention, compassion, and care.
During this hands-on experience, you will:
🌿 Break and rebuild a clay pot using a kintsugi-inspired method
🌿 Reflect on personal experiences and release what no longer serves you
🌿 Symbolically transform pain into growth through planting seeds
🌿 Leave with a meaningful piece that represents your healing journeyThis is more than a craft—it is a ritual of release, renewal, and reconnection with self. No artistic experience is needed, only a willingness to show up exactly as you are.
✨ Come as you are. Leave with something beautifully transformed. ✨
Date: Wednesday, April 8th
Time: 6:00PM-7:30PM
