In sound healing, instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and tuning forks create vibrations that interact with the body through sound. Tuning forks are calibrated to specific frequencies (measured in hertz, or Hz) and are used by practitioners as part of sound healing sessions. Depending on the individual's needs, they may be applied near different areas of the body with the intention of encouraging relaxation, easing tension, and supporting the body's natural ability to restore balance.

With Reiki & Sound - Chakra Balancing Experience, the practitioner uses Reiki to do a body scan followed by a 15 minute Reiki session to balance and restore energy in and around the body. The body scan and Reiki session also help to determine which of your chakras (energy centers of the body) may be blocked, need to be opened, and/or aligned. Following the Reiki session, a personalized experience is then performed on the massage table with crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks that may be placed on the body and under the table - based off the Reiki body/energy session findings.

60 minute session - $125.00

With this Chakra Balancing Experience, an energetic body scan is done to determine which of your chakras (energy centers of the body) may need some attention. A personalized experience is then performed to assist in moving energy to open, align, and balance those chakras. This is done on the massage table with crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks that may be placed on the body and under the table.

50 minute session - $100.00

In the 30 minute private session you will lay comfortably on the massage table. Pillow is provided. This is perfect if you are new to sound healing and would like to try a customized healing session. All you need to do is close your eyes, relax, and take it all in - as you let the crystal sound bowl’s vibrations restore you.
