    Art & Healing teaches you new ways to heal through art. The picture above is a form of meditation with painting a mandala. You do not have to be a skilled artist to heal through art. Art & Healing is you expressing yourself and your emotions in physical form. You will be amazed at the beautiful creations you manifest!

    Self-Identity is crucial in the healing process. It can be hard to figure out who you truly are with today’s society trying to influence you and tell you who you should be. This class lets you open up and discover your true, authentic self - no judgement allowed! Classes can get pretty creative as well, and that’s because we ALL have some form of creativity within us - even if we haven’t found it yet.

    What is Spirituality? Many people think of religion, but that is only ONE form of spirituality. Other forms can be source, the Universe, or nature. Spirituality is believing in something bigger than yourself, trust, gratitude, forgiveness, and finding your purpose and meaning in this lifetime. In this class, we cover all of these topics and more to help you customize your own meaning of spirituality and explore ways you can embrace your spiritual practice on a daily basis.

  • Positive and Holistic Psychology

    Positive and Holistic Psychology methods provide a deep dive into the healing process. If you are looking to get down to the root cause of anxiety, depression, body image issues, trust issues, etc., this is the way to go! These two methods are a great pair because you will be doing the hard work of realizing and unlearning toxic and negative behaviors, as well as gaining new perspectives, learning healthy habits, setting healthy boundaries, and building confidence. Here, we take a look at your past, present, and future to figure out where the most healing needs to be done, work through some hard topics and discussions, process together, and give mutual support. You will set goals and daily practices and your group members will become part of your accountability team!

    *Positive and Holistic Psychology are also used in the mentoring one on one sessions if you would like a more private setting to heal using this method.
