In sound healing, the instruments used emit specific vibrations and frequencies that are able to help balance your body’s energy. There is a connection and alignment of the energy they emit with the energy of your own body. This can then aid in the healing of mental, emotional, and physical ailments. For example, tuning forks are specifically calibrated to certain frequencies, or hertz, and are used to heal certain energy centers, physical ailments, and stress. Where the tuning forks are used or placed depends on where the stuck or imbalanced energy is being held in the body. Sound healing is like an energy massage for your body and mind, and can be an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating experience!

In the Sound Bath Experience you will sit or lay on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. Pillow is provided. Take in all the frequencies and vibrations given off as you let the crystal sound bowl’s vibrations heal you.

$50 for a 30 minute session.

With a Personalized Table Experience we start this session with a 5-10 minute consult of current stress and ailments. You will then lay on a massage table and have a more personalized and intimate experience with crystal sound bowls, Tibetan sound bowls, and tuning forks. Bowls and tuning forks may be placed on the body if needed, and also under the table to take in and FEEL the vibrations your body needs to heal.

$75 for a 45 minute session.

With a Chakra Balancing Experience, Chakra Oracle Cards are used in a reading to determine which of your chakras are blocked and need to be opened and/or aligned. A personalized experience is then performed to open and align those chakras. This is also done on the massage table with crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks that may be placed on the body and under the table.
